THE GAP EMPLOYERS ARE TALKING ABOUT
What employers want from new hires
The job market for college students is more competitive than it has been in years — and employers increasingly expect new hires to hit the ground running. Our programs give you real practice building the skills employers value most, so you walk into the workplace ready to stand out.

METHODS
Learn by doing, not just watching
Watching videos won't prepare you to present your work to a room full of colleagues. The same goes for explaining your career goals to a mentor, introducing yourself at a networking event, or answering interview questions. These are skills you develop by doing — out loud, in the room, with people — and then improve based on feedback. Every topic we cover — from resumes to networking to interviewing — is something you'll practice, not just hear about.
